Ways We Can Work Together
Coaching is not one-size-fits-all.
After an initial clarity conversation, there are a few ways we may continue working together depending on what feels right for you, your context, and the depth of support you’re seeking.
All coaching engagements are guided by globally recognised coaching principles and competencies aligned with the standards of the International Coaching Federation.

Single Deep-Work Session
A focused 75–90 minute session to work through one specific theme, challenge, or decision in depth especially when you need clarity before taking the next step.
Career, Leadership & Life Clarity Pathway
A structured 4-session engagement (75 minutes each) designed to help you move from uncertainty to clear direction, aligned choices, and practical next steps across career, leadership, and life.
Coaching-Led Mentorship Journey
An 8 or 12-session coaching relationship for deeper personal growth, leadership effectiveness, and sustained life and career alignment over time.
Leadership Behaviour Change
(Stakeholder-Centered Coaching)
I also work with leaders using the Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC) approach developed by Marshall Goldsmith.
This is typically a 6-12 month leadership development journey focused on achieving tangible and measurable behaviour change.
Key stakeholders are involved in the process, and progress is tracked through periodic anonymous mini-survey feedback, ensuring that improvements are visible, practical, and sustained over time.
There is no expectation to choose upfront.
We decide the pace and depth together, based on what truly serves you.
Book a Clarity Session
If you're unsure where to start, the clarity session helps us decide together.
A 60-minute exploratory conversation to understand your situation and explore the right path forward.
What Happens in This Session
- You briefly share your current situation, challenge, or transition you are navigating.
- We explore what may be at the core of the issue or decision.
- I offer perspective, questions, and possible directions to consider.
- If it feels useful, we discuss whether working together further would support your goals.
There is no pressure or obligation the purpose is simply to create clarity.
This conversation is especially valuable for mid-career professionals and leaders navigating transition, growth decisions, or leadership challenges.
