I am Rakesh Verma, a former corporate leader now turned Professional Coach & Mentor.

For over 25 years, I led high-performing teams, scaled businesses, and delivered transformations across Indian and global organisations. Yet what truly inspired me wasn’t the numbers or titles it was the people I mentored into confident, purpose-driven leaders.

Today, I work with 1st time leaders, mid-career professionals and senior leaders as a thinking partner, helping them gain clarity, strengthen their leadership, and navigate important career and life transitions.

My coaching & mentoring is aligned with the standards of the globally recognised International Coaching Federation, International Mentoring Center and enriched by my training in the Stakeholder-Centered Coaching methodology developed by Marshall Goldsmith, with a focus on sustainable behavioural change and leadership effectiveness.

My Turning Point

Alongside building businesses, I was investing deeply in my own growth. Landmark programs, ICF-accredited coach training, NLP, Mindfulness, IMC mentoring credentials, and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching training were not just qualifications,they became catalysts for my own transformation.

They also marked the beginning of an ongoing journey of evolving, learning, and refining my practice so I can create deeper difference, stronger impact, and more meaningful transformation in the lives of those I work with.

They made me calmer, more grounded, and more purposeful. In 2024, I took the bold step of leaving the corporate world to coach full-time dedicating myself to guiding professionals through meaningful transitions and breakthroughs.
